Veterans For Child Rescue is Hiring an Inventory Manager Near Tucson, AZ
Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment Manager Needed! We are a nonprofit based in the USA.
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Inventory Manager and Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This part-time role with flexible hours focuses on managing our inventory of apparel and coffee products, and meticulously packing and shipping orders 2-3 times a week.
We have a small, climate-controlled indoor storage space with shelving and bins for our apparel, coffee, and merchandise (patches, stickers, hats, etc). Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for organization, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Job Requirements:
- 1. Available 2-3 to fulfill and ship orders (note: the post office is in the same parking lot)
- 2. Inventory management (counting inventory, tracking the numbers on a spreadsheet) and familiarity with shipping procedures (ShipStation and postal services.)
- 3. Sending offline orders as needed (i.e. creating manual orders)
- 4. Attention to detail, organization, and reliability
- 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- 6. Vehicle to transport orders to the post office during business hours, 2-3 times a week.
- 7. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Training will be provided. Management will be available for questions/trainings as needed.

- Compensation: competitive hourly rate or base salary, with additional pay for any hours worked beyond the regular part-time schedule.
